Housing Made Simple. An app designed to help students find housing. Students can post their spots for sublease, and landlords/leasing companies can post their rentals. You can sort through listings by distance to campus, newest, and price, and they can filter by category (i.e. single, double, triple, quad, or house). Matching listings are shown on a grid and an interactive map. Tap on a listing to navigate to its details page. There, you can find all of the listings details, chat with the lister in-app, and auto-draft an email and/or text to the lister with the tap of a button. Listings can be added to your favorites by tapping the heart icon. That way, you can easily come back to the listings you like. .edu authentication to prevent scams and spam.
